Roadside Stand during 2018 RAGBRAI in Kalona
Come visit the Kalona Creamery team during the Register’s Annual Bike Ride Across Iowa (RAGBRAI) as it passes through Kalona, the “meeting town” on Friday, July 27th, before finishing in Iowa City that day. We’re excited to participate in 2018 RAGBRAI in Kalona. Stop by our roadside stand, located just 2 miles before Kalona, for a variety of refreshments and treats for sale. Open 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., the stand will feature Kalona Creamery ice cream sandwiches and pints! In addition, Kalona® SuperNatural™ chocolate milk, sport and vitamin drinks, water, sodas, lemonade, fresh cheese curds, and hearty snack packs will also be offered. Cash and all major credit and debit cards accepted.

M0000ve on over to our stand, located at the property corner of Heartland Designs Cabinet Shop, 2036 on Highway 22 in Kalona, to enjoy food offerings and to take a photo with Lona the cow, our mascot! Share your RAGBRAI experience with your friends by using our exclusive Snapchat filter, found at the roadside stand and retail shop! Riders may spin the prize wheel to win a variety of prizes including Kalona Creamery coupons, plus free products and apparel! Want to see what else Kalona Creamery has to offer? Head to the shop & deli on Highway 1 to see cheese curd production through the viewing windows and check out their great selection of house-made products.
