Construction in Progress- Cheese Curds Coming Mid-2018!

If you’ve visited Kalona Creamery recently, you’ve probably heard sounds coming from behind the future viewing windows. That’s because our construction team is working on installing drains, updating the floors and walls to create a sanitary production environment, and generally, preparing the room for our maintenance team to begin installing piping and cheese production equipment.

As long as we don’t run into any major snags (funding, unforeseen structural issues, etc.), we believe the production area will be complete mid-2018!
